While on vacation my fitbit completely lost battery strength.  I recharged it, but the time is off by an hour.  I have read a few comments about this problem, but solutions seem to involve instructions that I cannot complete.  One said something about finding out my ChargeHR version number and said something about the gear symbol, but I never had a gear symbol on my dashboard.  I have my fitbit app on a mini iPAD.  Another solution mentioned going to https//fitbit.com/user/profile/edit to set the correct time zone, but I could never get to a place to do it.  Does anyone have any very specific suggestions as to steps needed to get the time right on my chargeHR?  If I get it reset will it make the change from daylight savings time in the fall?  I don't think I have any documentation that tells me my version number, etc.  HELP!  -Techchallenged4

@techchallenged4 welcome to the Community, I think I can help!

I would first recommend making sure that your tracker's firmware is up-to-date. Click here for instructions on how to update.

If you are already updated, I would then recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

This should get you back on track, but please keep me posted!
