I have a Charge HR that I sync with a iphone 5s when I open the app to sync it says syncing then waiting and then starts again it just gets in that loop and will never complete the sync. it has been doing this for about 1 hour now
Syncing....Waiting......... Starts the Syncing again...
I am current on firm ware and have the latest app
It there something that I am doing icorrectly or is there a way to sync will

Hi @kenschwolow and welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would recommend the following:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help you out, but please keep me posted!
