Why is their no option for a nursing mother. I am trying to lose weight but my nursing isn't calculated into my calories eaten or burned.

@Jberresford, there used to be a breastfeeding toggle switch in profiles that did absolutely nothing. In addition, you can add breastfeeding as an activity. That option still exists and is how your should include that calorie burn.

I'm super confused. So I went to activity in my settings and there is no option there. Do you know where you would go?

Smiley Sad It used to be there... now apparently you have to make your own activity. You can see some recommendations here. Note that the article is a little out of date, since it still mentions the nursing setting, which doesn't exist anymore. If you're looking to lose weight, I'd err on the lower calorie burn side to be safe.

@Jberresford To build off of @MakMak's post, the nursing/breastfeeding options are no longer available. Since they had no effect on any data, they were removed to prevent any potential confusion.
