I have always entered my workouts into the app after the fact. The app would log the workout and give the heart rate data breakdown. On February 25, following the new update, it stopped giving this data! I'm very disappointed. Please bring back the heart rate data. This is how I use my watch. Its hard to remember to put it in exercise mode before working out. I take a lot of classes, and that's an extra step.

I have the same issue with the heart rates. When I spin on the peleton with their heart rate monitor there can be an average heart discrepancy of 40. It does not work accurately with the heart rate for spinning.

Ok, just finished spin class. Manually logged, nothing, only thing that logs is activity.
this is so frustrating. I’m emailing again and this time I’m not going to be pleasant.

I have yet another email to support. No reply as yet. What good is a fitness tracker that won’t track fitness?
if this isn’t solved soon I’m done with Fitbit.

I don’t think they really care. I’ve told them I’ll never buy another Fitbit product again.

They never fixed the issue contrary to what they said. They don’t care about their customers.

I was able to get it back by deleting the app, rebooting my phone, then reinstalling the app.
