I am trying to buy a fitbit for my daughter. I want her to be able to use the app on her phone. She has an iphone se.  The "compatibility" chart is worthless. It tells me you have to have IOS 9 or better for all these phones. I can't believe you MUST have the most up to date phone to use the app. Can someone tell me which phones are compatible with this model iphone?? Thanks in advance.

Hi @LilLew2. You have to look at it from Fitbit's point of view. There are many, many smart phones out there, each with many versions of their operating systems. Fitbit must concentrate on the latest generations of operating systems. Unfortunately for you, Apple has announced they will NOT be upgrading the OS on the iPhone SEs. However, your daughter can set up and sync a Fitbit tracker with her computer by going to fitbit.com/setup and download the Fitbit Connect program.
