Call notification problems

I have been looking at websites on how to turn on the call notification on, and they are all telling me to tap the 'tracking tile.' I have seen what it looks like on websites, and they all tell me I should see it on the top of the app. But, it is not there. Does anyone know how to enable the call notification?

Welcome to the Community @Ben_s. If you are not seeing the tracker's tile, I recommend verifying if your tracker is paired, if it is not paired follow the Setup Procedure, also please check that your phone is a Compatible Device. Once you setup the tracker, you can follow the Call Notifications process.
