I don’t think my Fitbit is track my calories right. I entered my lunch and I was several calories under my goal then  when I went to enter my supper it had added about 100 calories even thought I hadn’t eaten anything

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Empi.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Sync your Fitbit and check your details.

For more information about the calorie deficit and food plan, see How do I track my food with the Fitbit app? You can find information on how your Fitbit device calculates calories burned in this help article

Hope this helps!
