The goal setting tool in my Charge HR states that following a 'medium intensity' plan of 500 calorie deficit daily results in 1KG a week.. this is not correct from my understanding and should be 1lb.. this is a pretty fundamental gauge of progress and one that I would expect to be accurate.. please advise

If you feel more comfortable handling your data in pounds rather than kilograms, you can make the change by clicking on the gear at the top right of your dashboard screen and update the information under "Units".
