The calorie counter in the app is way off. I have added the days and they don't match the counter. I started off today at -120 calories!

I am having issues too. Yesterday my calorie count total should have been 1206, based on what was entered, but the "Calories In" total shows less (1053, I think). Today my lunch is not adding to the total. I've found that if I view each item consumed for the day, the total will update and display correctly, but not for long. There's definitely a bug afoot...

I submitted via email and sent more information and screen shots. The email repsonse states that their team has determined it is an internal issue on their end. They are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Indeed, our team is aware of this situation and is now working towards a prompt and proper resolution. In the meantime, in order to refresh the information displayed by the Fitbit app which is not displaying correctly, please force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. Additionally, you can also log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
