Calorie in and out gage.

If I eat anything at any point in the day the gage changes from green to red and stays in red. How to I fix this

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Moohaahaa. It's great to have you here. This issue sounds weird. I would like to mention that your calories In vs. Out get stabilized when your Fitbit Charge 2 is synchronized. The steps recorded by your tracker can make your calories go down.

 

If you are syncing your tracker every day it could be a good idea checking out your online Dashboard to see if the information is the same as on your Fitbit app. I would appreciate if you provide me with a screen shot of your online Dashboard. If necessary, you can download the latest version of the Fitbit app here. Let me know how it goes.
