Hello.

I am sorry if this answered somewhere else but i could not find it.

I have been tracking what I eat recently and trying to stay under the amout burned. My problem is I play volleyball and therefore can't wear my fitbit while I am doing it. I log that I did 1 hour of volleyball, it says I burned 660 calories but it doesn't add the calroies I burned to the calories remaing section. For example, it will say I have 200 reaming then I add the volleyball and it says I have still have 200 calories remaing. This is very annoying becase I spent more energy and eat more but my fitbit app says that I have reached my limit.

Thanks for the help.

Hello @Paper_Slip and welcome aboard to our community! This issue you mentioned is very odd as it should add your calories to your food plan estimation. The Food Plan's tools update based on your foods logged and activities recorded by your tracker. So the more you exercise throughout the day, the greater your calorie allowance will be. Also your calorie budget fluctuates based on your activity, increasing when it projects you will exceed your average daily calorie burn (for example if you go on a big run in the morning) and decreasing/normalizing when your activity slows later on.

I recommend this post that give a different perspective to this and may provide you more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/One/Help-understanding-daily-calories/m-p/400788#M24491

See ya around and keep me posted how it goes!
