How do you close / end the day’s calories tracking? I’ve been tracking for three days now in the FitBit app (got premium free for 90 days w/ Charge 4), but it still says 0 days tracked in my challenges & etc.

Any advice appreciated! Maybe there’s a simple “end” option for each day (like in other apps) but I just don’t see it?

with the Premium trial & updated fitbit, trying out tracking it all in one place, instead of different apps. anyone else?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about calories tracking. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am glad to assist you. Calorie burn is based on two factors: your basal metabolic rate (or BMR) and activity tracked by your device. You can find more information at How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

I recommend making sure your device is syncing for you to see your tracked stats: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

Please find more information about the Fitbit app and how to see your stats at How do I use the Fitbit app?
