Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Glitrfingers.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your calories burned being incorrect. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend confirming that your weight and height are correct in the Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?

You can find more information about how your calories burned are calculated and check our tips to improve accuracy at How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

I could see that you got in touch with our Support team about this and that they were able to assist you. Thank you for your time and efforts.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I have now had this exact same problem for like 2-3 weeks. It even prompted me to upgrade from my blaze to the sense. Now I am discouraged to discover that it was not the watch that was the problem, it must be the app. That is extra frustrating given the price point of the sense, and that apparently my blaze was working fine. They need to fix this ASAP. Restarting the watch doesn’t help. Resetting heart rate settings also doesn’t help. It seems that once I pass noon my calorie burn drops down in the 200s when just the hour before it was reading in the 900s or higher. Pretty crappy.

They didn’t really assist me, more like told me that it’s a problem with me logging things into my fitness pal, but that’s impossible. I only started having this problem recently, while I’ve used both apps, connected to each other for 4 years without issue. Something is wrong with the Fitbit app.
