Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @TeamPlayer.

I am sorry to hear you're unable to access tabs in the Fitbit app in order to log details. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. While it's usually recommended to check if the app is updated to latest version and log out/log in to your Fitbit account, I could see that you got in touch with our Support team about this and that they were able to help you. Thank you for your time and efforts.

I am having this same problem - for the last few days, not able to access any of the tabs from the dashboard. Tracker still works and syncs with app. I’ve tried the same fixes - I have the latest update, I’ve tried logging out and back in and I’ve powered down my iPhone. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please sync your device before that to avoid losing unsynced data.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I'm having this issue too since I updated my phone to the newest ios, only thing that fixes it is to uninstall and reinstall the app, no amount of force quitting or logging on or off helps, its still tracking steps etc but if I attempt to use it to track a period of exercise, the app just greys out all the options until the app is reinstalled.
