Fitbit automatically tracked a sport workout for 12 min with a burn of 72 calories. I have auto sync on. I opened the app and I'm at 2213 calories. I delete the workout log, sync again, but my calorie burn didn't go down! It stayed at 2213. Then went up by 2 calories a minute later (BMR)
how ie can I delete those 72 calories? I was not working out. I was fitting my bed sheets before bed lol.

Hello @strawberry_, it's nice to see you around!
To make sure the Fitbit app is updating the information correctly, please logout from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this information can be useful, keep me posted in case you need anything else!

I did those steps and my calorie burn still didn't go down.

Hello @strawberry_, I hope you're doing well.
In this case, as it seems the activity was tracked with SmartTrack on your device, my best recommendation would be logging a driving activity to negate the data recorded.
To log a Driving Activity:
Then, input the date and time of the previous activity and adjust the duration and calories to be removed, the activity will be logged in and the extra calories will be removed.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
