Calories inaccurate when exercising

Hi all,

Was wondering if someone could help.

Recently I have been going on long / relatively fast paced walks for around an hour. My calories burnt are usually only 150-200 (which seems extremely low), however the person I go with burns around 600-700. I don’t think my tracker is picking up the accurate calories burnt as we walk at the same pace?

as well as this, it has stopped picking up active time too, I’m not sure how to reset it so it picks up again.

Anyone know how to fix this?

thanks!

Hello @RhianBerry and welcome to the Help forums.  Check your Personal Information.  Tap on your Profile picture > your name to view your profile > Personal.  Make sure all the information is correct.  Weird stuff happens.  A while back, I was getting weird numbers.  Some bug changed my height to 4' 6".  Every now and then other users report weird things like this.  I hope this fixes thing for you.  Unfortunately, it can't fix past errors.
