I updated two days ago. The meals will be added and calorie total displayed. Once you leave page the information gets deleted. Will not store information.

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you. Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, have you updated the Fitbit app to the latest version (2.41)? If so, please check if the meals you're logging in the app are being recorded in the food section of the online Dashboard. If they are, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work after a few tries:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I went to App Store and got Fitbit app, then it asked me to login to the app and my account was there. I added my calorie info again and this time it stayed and updated.

Mine iOS working fine until today. Now the Cals In is 0 on every past day. I deleted the app and re-installed it, and that didn't help.

The website version shows it correctly.

Hello @rsilvers, thanks for joining the conversation, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, if you're able to see the steps on your online Dashboard, that means the information was recorded correctly even if it's not showing up in the app. At this moment I will forward the information you have provided to our team so they can take a better look at this situation, once I have more details to share with you about this issue I'll make sure to update the thread accordingly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, in the meantime if there's anything else I can do for you please feel free to reply.
