Calories not saving in app

Can someone explain why this is happening in the app and is there a resolve? It just started doing this yesterday. Yes I have the latest update, I've tried rebooting my device and I hit "save" after every entry. Please help. Thanks

It's nice to see you around the Community @Pjfprincess, hope you're doing great! Hmmmm...this is very strange let me say, but thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

 

In the meantime. I'd recommend doing the following:

 

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

 

Just to make sure that I understood what you're talking about... The calories that are not being saved are the ones that your tracker records during the activities? Or you're referring to updating your calorie goal?
