I haven’t been able to get my text messages from the phone to sync with my Versa 2.  I am receiving all other notification. What can I do?

I’m sorry you’re currently not receiving your notifications at this time. The Fitbit Team is aware of the notifications issue individuals are experiencing and are working on a fix. Hopefully the fix will be soon but I have no timeframe to offer you at the moment.
