Can not log food on app

Unable to add food to daily log if it’s not on my recent list. Also the first item added doubles and you have to delete. Please help it so frustrating.

Thats quite unusual. Your previous food listed should not have disappeared just because you logged out of the Fitbit App. Can you try removing your Food tile from the “Today” page by going through “edit” just below the notifications envelope on the upper right. Once you remove the food tile, sync your Fitbit Tracker, then tap “Discover” at bottom left, scroll down and tap “Health an Fitnesses Stats”, find the food tile an tap it. Scroll down and tap “Add to Today”. Sync your Fitbit Tracker again and then see if inputting food works.

I understand you’re unable to add food to your daily log if it’s not in your recent list and some items doubles. Are you using MyFitnessPal along with the Fitbit App?

I always use only the Fitbit app never done it through my fitness pal I don’t have that app

Hello again @jackieclark 

Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also try logging your information from the Fitbit website.

No now I have nothing in recent or frequent and can’t add I select the item once I detach and it list spins on a blank white screen.

Everything is back and I can add new foods no issues. Thank you so much for the help.
