Can not sync with Alta with my iPhone 6! Help please!

Hi,

 

I found problem syncing my Alta to iphone 6, It can find my tracker but then it takes for ever to sync...

 

I updated my ios

reboot my phone and restart my alta

turn off and back on blue tooth

 

still cannot find and even when I try to do it by my lap top it saying Error occured while conecting!!

 

what shoud I do??!!

Hello @Krista90, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community.

 

Make sure your tracker is properly sync on your account. Probably you know this but in order to sync is require to use the Fitbit app. So in some cases this may present delays at the moment to upload your information.

 

One solution would be to set your tracker back on your Fitbit account as a new device:

Remember that you need to install the latest version of the Fitbit app. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

 

  1. On the Fitbit app Log in with your account  to access to your iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

This should resolved the delay at the moment to sync, but if the issue persist, I recommend the following post for Syncing issues with iOS devices.
