Hi there @Psychomom, welcome aboard to our Community. Based on your description, when there are missing tiles, it means the tracker has not been pair, or it was used a different email address where is not pair the tracker.
Applying this on your case, you mentioned about changing your phone. So in this instance is recommend to make sure you install the latest version of the Fitbit app and logged in using the same email address you have on your previous phone. Doing this you will see all your previous information and all your tiles.
