Hello good folks of the Fitbit community. I have a little problem... You see, I can't seem to install the app on my iPhone 5. It says it requires IOS 11 or higher. But the OS I'm running on is 10.3.4. I was wondering if I can install a previous version of the app where IOS 10 is supported. May someone reply to this. Thank you in advance! Good day.

Hello @Neho 

🥺 Sadly you can’t install a previous version of the Fitbit app because it’s no longer available. Hopefully you might have another device you can download it too. Although still not the same you can still see your steps and other such things on the online Dashboard. I know this is not the answer you most likely was hoping for but I hope that I’ve given you the information you were seeking.
