We had issues migrating a fitbit account to a Google account to add a fit bit charge 6 on an iPhone.
We were able to log into the Google account and do this on an Android phone so the fit bit account has been migrated to the google account.
When we go to log into the fitbit app on the ios phone it advises that sign in with Google is required, so it has been successful. However when we try and sign in with Google it advises sorry something went wrong.
We have tried deleting the app and reinstalling etc etc. And we cannot get it to work.
All software and app is up to date.
