Welcome to the community forums, @Happyddy.
Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire 2, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I understand this started after the update and so I can look into this, may I know if your tracker is syncing the rest of your information correctly? Did you see an error message when syncing? Also, do you see sleep data on your tracker?
In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps so we can get this sorted out:
Once this is done, wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior in the next few days.

It may be my Fitbit device I followed the steps and now it won’t sync with my iPhone. Either way it’s a great sales technique to get me to buy another, newer Fitbit tracker. Have a great day!

@Happyddy It's good to see you again.
Thanks for trying our suggested steps, and I'm sorry the issue persisted. While I appreciate your interest in our newest Fitbit devices, please don't hesitate to let me know if you still need help with your Inspire 2 so we can continue working on this together. Have a great weekend ahead!
