Welcome to the community forums, @Happyddy.

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire 2, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I understand this started after the update and so I can look into this, may I know if your tracker is syncing the rest of your information correctly? Did you see an error message when syncing? Also, do you see sleep data on your tracker?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps so we can get this sorted out:

  1. Forget your Inspire 2 from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app and Device at the upper left corner
  5. Tap Add more devices, select your Inspire 2 and follow the on-screen instructions

Once this is done, wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior in the next few days.

It may be my Fitbit device I followed the steps and now it won’t sync with my iPhone. Either way it’s a great sales technique to get me to buy another, newer Fitbit tracker. Have a great day!
