When I go to my Fitbit app on iPhone - from home page it won’t let me access data like sleep exercise etc. the Fitbit is syncing to the phone but it won’t let me access any details

I am sorry to hear you're unable to access data like sleep or exercise in the Fitbit app. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
If the issue persists, I recommend to uninstall and reinstall the app.
