I recently got a Versa 2. I have an IPhone, and the app only worked for two weeks. It wasn’t updating the sleep breakdown after two days, and now the app won’t stay open.
I deleted pictures and other apps. Closed all running apps ... I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice a day for a week and still today ... after 5 seconds of being open- the app crashes. I hope someone can help... it’s making me crazy trying to figure it out.

I am sorry to hear the Fitbit app keeps crashing. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend confirming if your phone is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Have you tried to clear the Fitbit cache on your phone? I also recommend to force close the app and restart your phone.

Yes I updated my IPhone last night, I deleted the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled it and still when I sign in it just crashes.
