Can’t add new alarm

For the past few days I have been unable to add a new alarm on my Fitbit HR. I was able to add a new alarm 3 days ago but since 2 days ago it is no longer working. When I set a new alarm, the loading sign comes up before disappearing with no alarm. I have updated the app, logged in and out and nothing is working

Thanks for the details and your efforts while working on this. Just to confirm, may I know the model of your Fitbit device?

While some devices have the option to set alarms directly on them, based on your post, it seems that you're trying this on the Fitbit app. If that's correct, let's give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Tap the Devices icon at the upper left corner > your device.
  5. Look for the option to set your alarm and try to add a new one. Keep in mind that you can set up to 8 alarms.
