I try to update my clock face on my charge 2 after the iOS update to 15.  It will not let me do it. This is very frustrating. Can we please fix this?

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced after updating your phone. To further investigate, may I know what error message is displayed on the Fitbit app when changing the clock face? Is your tracker syncing correctly? Also, what is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app on your phone.
  2. Restart your tracker.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and force sync your Charge 2. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
  4. Try to change the clock face again

Catch you later.

I’ve tried everything, to no avail, even while talking to a Fitbit agent.  I guess I’m stuck with the same clock face.

It’s an iPhone 7splus.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track. In the meantime you can try to change the clock face sing fitbit.com dashboard:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard click the gear Icon for settings
  2. Click on Charge 2 and then find click Display
  3. Select another clock face and sync your Fitbit using your the Fitbit app on your phone to save the changes
