I have tried several times to change my daily step goal with no luck. The first downside I saw was that it then deleted all my stars from past days where I have met my current goal, but that quickly went away when my goal changed right back. I have tried in my iOS app several times and every time it goes right back to the old goal. I then looked on the actual website and don't see anywhere to adjust goals there at all.

Hi there, @Fitmom481.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried prior to posting. I understand how you're feeling and before anything else let me explain that when changing your daily goals, it's expected to see your previous days adjusting to the new changes. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best advice is to vote for this request posted in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration.
In regards to the Fitbit app not allowing you to change your goals anymore, I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. Your case is in good hands, please keep an open communication with them as I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this.
Hope this helps.
