Can't connect Charge to iPhone 5s

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to connect my Charge to my iPhone. I downloaded the app, everything on my phone is up to date, my bluetooth is on, no other devices with bluetooth are around, and I've restarted both the Fitbit and my phone. When I go to the app and try to set it up, it tells me to hold the button on it for three seconds, but it just continues to search and nothing happens. Holding the button of my Fitbit only causes a timer to start. It was given to me from someone else who never used it because of this issue. It's about a year and a half old by now, but I thought I could take it and use it if I could get it figured out. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun, but I'm stuck. I also don't have the Wireless Sync Dongle. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help and figure this out!

Hey @allyyvonne. Good to see you around! 🙂

Hmmm... I would say try to restart the tracker two or three times more and try to set it up again. Just in case, also reboot your phone one more time and see if you can get it to connect. You can also try setting it up with another mobile device if you have a friend that you can borrow their phone just to see if you get the same problem.

In the case nothing works, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support Team for them to take a deeper look and help you get back on track.

Let me know if you need more help.

I ended up calling the Support Team, and they are going to send me a new one. I tried multiple devices, but I just couldn't get it to work. Hopefully this new one will work with me!
Thanks for the help!
