Can't connect Fitbit to app

My app cannot find my Fitbit so I am unable to track my steps

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @LaurenKeirry! This sounds weird! What you can try is to setup your tracker as a replacement device. This can ensure that your tracker is connecting with the app properly.
