Can't connect charge HR

I removed my charge HR from my iPhone by mistake and now I can't add it again. I've followed instructions to add it but it won't connect. Please help this is driving me mad! Many thanks 😊

Hey there @abbicumber! Welcome to the Community! 

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times follow the instructions below, then make sure to follow the instructions in this article to set it up again .

 

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging. 
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122"). 
3. Let go of the button. 
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
