Can’t do anything in the community

When I open the app on my iPhone I can see steps and all the health analytics but I can not add friends, post or comment at all. I have tried making a new email and resetting the app however I still can not. How can I fix this?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve this. Fitbit community features are a great way to connect with other Fitbit users, but at this time these features are available to customers with a device connected to their Fitbit account (MobileTrack doesn't count) or to customers with a Premium subscription. If you want to post to community groups, comment on or cheer posts, or send friend requests, please connect a Fitbit device to your account. I appreciate your understanding.
