I understand you’re having difficulty downloading another clock face to your Fitbit Versa. Let’s try restarting your Versa first. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
After a fresh restart plug your Versa into your charger then try downloading the clock face you want. If your still experiencing issues this help article may provide the information you need:
