Your title says it wont sync, but tye text sounds like it wont setup?

So my question is at what step does it fail and do you receive an6 error message.

Is your app up to date?

Have you shutdown and restarted the phone?

It wasn't setting up! But I contacted Fitbit and I'll be receiving yet another Charge 2 tracker... thank you though!
