Steps aren't visible on my app dashboard, and I can't find them anywhere in my app. I've tried editing my dashboard view, uninstall/reinstall, log out/log in, and steps are never an available option for me to add. I confirmed with another user that does have steps visibility that we are both working on the same app version, and the same iOS version. Help articles available are all several years old and the steps contained do not resolve my issue. Please help!

Hi @Mandolynnrose If your problem is related to the dashboard and not to the mobile app, then you could follow this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Tiles-on-the-Dashboard-not-uploading-refreshing .There is a known problem/bug in the dashboard, Fitbit support says it is been worked on.

I've successfully been able to get the steps logged by my iPhone added to the dashboard by adding 'MobileTrack' as a device, but I cannot sync steps logged by my Apple Watch - only my physical phone.
