Hello @Amberb6

I’m hoping I can help. I understand you want Google Chat App but your notifications are not coming through. Once you get a notification from someone in Google Chat it should now list it under your Notifications Apps in the Fitbit App. You just need to enable that and your notifications should come through.

Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now scroll down and tap notifications. Ensure that the notifications you want (call, text and calendars) are enabled. Now tap App notifications. Here you will find the Google Chat App your looking for. Oddly your going find it listed as com.google.Dynamite Just enable it here and you should begin to receive notifications. Remember to sync your Versa 2 after your done so that your Versa 2 will accept any changes you made in the Fitbit App

Please keep in mind that notifications require sharing system notifications. So so to your setting on your iOS phone, tap Bluetooth. Find Versa 2 in the list of connected devices and then tap the blue information icon just to the right of Versa 2 and in sure Share System Notifications is enabled.

😃 I hope this helps and provides you with the best answer to your question so please let me know how it goes
