I have an iPhone and use the mail app (the one which comes pre-installed).
No matter what I do or how many times I sync, re-install, log out & in again etc, it doesn't appear on the list of apps to switch notifications on.
Please help

Hi @ASGordo! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you participating in our Community!
Thanks for the steps you tried already! Can you please confirm that you've adjusted the Settings on your phone to allow email option. From Settings > Notifications > Mail. Enabled Mail app in the Notifications list. Since you can get Mail notifications on your tracker but only if your mobile device knows it is allowed to display them:
Please check this too:
- Bluetooth. Bluetooth is what allows your mobile device to communicate with the tracker so make sure it is on.
- Do Not Disturb. This feature prevents your mobile device from pushing notifications so make sure it is off.
- Notifications. Your mobile device must get notifications before they can be sent to your tracker. Check these settings
Hope this helps!
