csn you tell me why my for did not update my run on my app? I seen it today n my surge just not recorded to app.

This is an unexpected behavior from the Fitbit App. Is this the first time it happens to you? You mentioned that you saw the exercise on the Surge, how did you recorded it? Was your Surge able o sync steps on that day? Any other detail will help!
Please restart your Surge in case that your Fitbit is having software issues and let's give it a shot again! And please let me know if you have the same issue again.
