I can't get push notifications on iOS App of my iPhone 6 Plus. For example Get badges or Low battery and so on.
All settings of notifications are turned on. Both mobile and e-mail.
And turn on notifications of Fitbit on iOS setting.
And all-day sync is turned on. This work correctly because the data of Charge HR sync automatically to the dashboard.
iPhone, Chaege HR and Fitbit App are updated latest ver..
I can get e-mail notifications only.
I want to get it only on iOS push notification if possible.

Hello @SunsetRunner and I've noticed you are new around. Welcome to our community my friend. It seem you have review almost everything.
One of the ways to resolved this, is to ensure that Fitbit is included among the apps that receive notifications on your device settings.
If this is not the issue, have you restarted the Fitbit app? If not please try the following:
1. Log out from your account and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and give it a try again.
Keep me posted how it goes.

I got push notifications.
I understood why I can't receive push notification.
I turn off the toggle of "Call notification" in Fitbit app.
I found description in update-note if we should turn on the toggle of Call notification or Text notification, for enabling to get push notification.
Call notification or Text notification is obscure.
I suggest you separate the push notification setting from Call notification or Text notification.
Thanks.
