Can’t get text messages to my Fitbit

When my Fitbit was new 9 months ago I would get calls and text on my Fitbit then a few months ago there was a iPhone update that I did to my phone I think it was 13 and now my Fitbit won’t get text messages but get phone calls I have tried all the troubleshooting tips from the app any help would be greatly appreciated

Eh up....have you tried opening up the Fitbit App....tap on your account picture (top left of screen)....then scroll down to notifications.  Once in there you can change the notifications you want to receive...scroll down a little further and you can do the same for emails you may want to receive.

I have the iPhone 7 too and that is pretty much all I did in order to get txt message alerts to appear on my Inspire.  I am sorry that this has not been the case for yourself ☹️
