After updating my I phone to the 13 versions notifications are not working with it. Tried resetting Fitbit and went threw this trouble shooting with no luck 😞

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you are not getting notifications after updating your iPhone to the 13 version. I understand that this can be very frustrating, thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions.

Eh up....have you tried opening up the Fitbit App....tap on your account picture (top left of screen)....then scroll down to notifications. Once in there you can change the notifications you want to receive...scroll down a little further and you can do the same for emails you may want to receive.
