Brand new Inspire 2. Can't install fitbit app on iPhone running iOS 16.4.2. Have been trying off and on for over two hours, but still get message that "can't install; try again later." HELP!

Have you tried turning your phone off/on again and try to install the Fitbit app again?

Do you have another mobile device where you could try installing the Fitbit app (eg. borrowed from someone, old device , etc)?

 

Could you please attach a screenshot of the App store with the Fitbit app, and another one with the error message?

Looks as if I was impatient. I waited another couple of hours, tried again, and was able to connect. Did you perhaps ship a lot of Fitbits on the same day so when they were delivered there was a crowd of folks trying to download the app? Whatever. Thanks for responding.
