Hi @Okteam

Moved this thread from the Alta to the iOS section since being more relevant to the topic & increases the chance of getting a solution.

Wishing a wonderful day

Hi @Okteam,

If you click on your Challenges, there should be an "Options" button in the right-hand corner, you should see an "Invite More People" button.

Also, click here for more information about Challenges and how they work.

Hope this helps you out!

Hi friends I have a iPhone 7 and it recently updated the Fitbit app begining of feb , my issue is I already have friends on the app to invite for challenges but it won't allow me to invite any new friends I had to put a friends email address in so it would bring her up for me to invite her but it hasn't emailed me to say that this friend has accepted, getting annoyed🙄😏

Hello @Tan76, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!

Usually, when you invite a person to be your friend using the Fitbit app, once they have accepted your invitation, they should appear on the Leaderboard. If they don't, please try to invite them once again, making sure there are no typos in the email. If they have already accepted your new invitation and are still not appearing on the leaderboard, please force-close the app to refresh the information. To force-close it, double-tap on the home button of your phone and swipe up the app.

If this doesn't seem to do the trick, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Not helpful.  I switched from the hr to hr2 and I am not able to add additional friends.  The options button is not visible.  I'm going to uninstall the app and see if that helps.  I also don't see my outbound messages in the private message notifications.

I found out that if you tap on a space on the right side of the challenge name the option page will open.

Hello @Tenea, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Setting > General > Accessibility and disable Button Shapes. Then go back to the Fitbit app and check if the Options button is showing in the Challenges screen.

Now, in regards of your outgoing messages, currently it's only possible to see messages that were sent to you and not the ones you've sent which is why I would like to suggest you to check @mpsb's suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. This is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I am unable to invite certain friends to challenges. They appear on my friends list but when I go to “invite more people” on a challenge they are not there! this is so frustrating! Also, I still can’t start challenges. Only rematch. It says active limit reached and I am not full on challenges when I do it.

I have exactly the same problem and I have called Fitbit and emailed them twice and just can’t get help.

Then I ask if others are having the same problem and sure enough they are.

I contacted customer service and they didn’t care at all in helping me.  Actually it’s the worse customer service I’ve ever seen and I’m fifty four years old.
