What version of the iPad are you using? It only works with generation 3 or later.

Ever since the new app update I haven't been able to sync by One to my ipad. Never had an issue before, I've tried all the 'fixes' and nothing has worked. Wonder if the problem is with the new fix.

@bishopnesby I agree with @SteveH, I'd recommend verifying that your iPad is compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers. Click here to check. If it is compatible, I'd recommend the following:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Fitbit iOS App that was released yesterday morning. Click here to update.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iPad.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Use the replacement setup process mentioned here to add your tracker to your already existing account.

@Karvo I'd also recommend the steps 1-5 that I posted above. This should get you back on track, but keep me posted!

Ipad Air IOS 10.2, been running my ONE on it for a few years.
I tried all these fixes. Is it possible that suddenly I've 'lost' the bluetooth capability in the ONE? Because that seems to be the problem, the ipad nor my laptop can sync with it.
