@bishopnesby I agree with @SteveH, I'd recommend verifying that your iPad is compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers. Click here to check. If it is compatible, I'd recommend the following:
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Fitbit iOS App that was released yesterday morning. Click here to update.
3. Reboot your iPad.
4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
5. Use the replacement setup process mentioned here to add your tracker to your already existing account.
@Karvo I'd also recommend the steps 1-5 that I posted above. This should get you back on track, but keep me posted!
