I seem to be unable to log anything on Fitbit or click into anything on my app since 7pm, I’ve checked for updates and everything is updated ok, anyone else experienced the same issue?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app.
