Can’t log anything in app since 3.39 update

I have a charge 2 and I use the iOS app to log my exercise, food and water. Today when I open the app it goes directly to Lig my Exercise and then select activity type. When I go back to the dashboard I can’t select any of the sections to view my stats or any of the + signs to log activity, food, water, etc. The app is basically useless to me now. I’ve closed the app several times and rebooted my phone.

I figured it out. I discovered I was actively tracking a walk but somehow
got on the Log tab. Every time I opened the app it went to the Log tab. If
I went to the dashboard I could record anything. Closing the app didn’t
terminate the tracking session. When I clicked on the Tracking tab I
discovered the live tracking session. Once I terminated it, everything
worked again as expected.

Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @OldJazz.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Delete the Fitbit app.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Install the Fitbit app and log into your Fitbit account.

Hope this helps!
