Can't log back in to my iOS app I am using Charge 2

I logged out from my app because it was not syncing properly but I can't log back in anymore. Has anybody experienced this? TIA

What error are you getting?

It doesn't say anything, the waiting icon just keeps spinning. I tried
rebooting booth my tracker and my iphone 6+ as well as reinstalling it but
still nothing has changed.
